Niche

The spider photographed above is in it's Niche. The Spider is in a naturally wooded habitat, where it is indigenous to, and is also performing it's role in the environment. By capturing and consuming other insects, the spider decreases the amount of insects that are 'on the loose'. Spiders keep insect populations down, simply by reacting on instinct.
