Ms.Aziz

Ms.Aziz, all of my photos and explanations are located on this blog. I decided to do a blog because I believe that it looks orderly and also easy to understand. My photos were originally done in alphabetical order, but because of the settings, they are now in reverse order.

Fermentation

All of the food items photographed are examples of Fermentation, which is an anaerobic alternative to cellular respiration. During fermentation, organic foods are converted into simpler compounds, and chemical energy ( also known asATP) is produced.  Fermentation occurs in different bacteria, fruits, fungi, yeasts, and even in muscle tissue. Although fermentation is a natural process, humans have learned to utilize the process to produce different foods.
