Ms.Aziz
Ms.Aziz, all of my photos and explanations are located on this blog. I decided to do a blog because I believe that it looks orderly and also easy to understand. My photos were originally done in alphabetical order, but because of the settings, they are now in reverse order.

Lichen
The photograph above shows a scaly coating that has formed on a piece of bark. The green covering is a layer of Lichen, which is the result of a symbiotic relaioinship between a fungus and a type of green algae. Lichen is interesting, because it generally grows and sprouts where normal plants cannot survive, such as on the bark of trees.
